At Montagu Place Hotel your safety and well-being are our primary concern. We want to reassure you that as we continue to see the spread of Covid-19, we are doing everything within our control to keep our guests and teams safe. Please be assured we are following the guidance issued by the UK government and will continue to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in our hotel – this includes regular cleaning with professional anti-viral cleaning products, providing access to hand sanitiser throughout our property and ensuring our strict food hygiene policies are adhered to.
Making Changes to Your Booking
We also understand that in that in these uncertain times our guests may need to change their travel plans at short notice.
For all guests with Pre-Paid bookings, with a stay date before the end of May ’20, we will be allowing guests to rebook for a future date. For guests with a refundable (flexible) booking, cancellations and refunds will be provided as usual.
If you made your booking direct through the Montagu Place Hotel website you can arrange to change or cancel your booking by contacting the hotel directly. You can find contact details for Montagu Place Hotel below. Given the high volume of enquiries it may take longer than usual for our teams to respond.
For all our customers who made their booking with a third party, we will also accept changes of dates on Pre-Paid bookings. However, you will need to make those changes directly with the third party concerned.
For new future bookings, we recommend that guests book directly with us and choose flexible rates which can be cancelled at any time up to 3pm, 24 hours before arrival.
European Championship 2020 Postponement
As you know, the European Championship 2020 has now been re-scheduled to summer 2021.
We would like to re-assure all our guest that they will be able to change the date of their reservations even if a Pre-Paid rate was booked.
If you made your booking direct through the Montagu Place website you can arrange to change your booking by contacting the hotel directly.
